If you start jerking me around I will terminate our transaction.

Custom work usually leads to me getting jerked around. If you want something I do not sell, we will have a free face-to-face initial consultation to see if what you want and what I can do is compatible.

Any large project e.g. TV console and/or lift will require a face-to-face initial consultation.

An initial consultation will include:

1. Determining design options e.g. wood choice, type of glass, numbers of shelves, resin colors (if applicable) etc.

2. An estimated delivery date.

3. A sale price based on this discussion.

4. A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the sale price.

For shadow boxes, you may elect to fill it yourself or have me fill it. You may lay out the items or ask me to design the layout. We won’t be going back and forth multiple times because you don’t like my design (refer to #2). One-time small changes are acceptable.

I do not do last-minute, “emergency” projects.

I do not ship. I will deliver in the Cheyenne, WY area (within 30 miles) for free.

We need to be open and clear with each other before money changes hands. Sadly, I have developed these practices from experience. If my terms and conditions put you off, it is best you choose a product off the shelf or find a better fit for your needs.
